We collect personal information that you give us (such as name, address, comma, telephone numbers, next of kin, medical conditions).

ALL OF THE ABOVE IS ESSENTIAL

It’s essential to collect this personal information to ensure that we can manage and organise classes/ events safely. It also means we can contact you in an emergency via the CLASS FOR KIDS system and provide the necessary insurance cover for gymnasts for both their sessions and competitions.

We do not share any personal data with other organisations, public or private, other than the exception where we have a belief in good faith that disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to: meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request. To detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud or financial crime. To protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Diamonte staff, customers or the public, as required or permitted by law.
